Terms & Conditions – Core X Swimming Academy

By accessing and using the Core X website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Enrollment & Participation:
  • All swimmers must complete the initial assessment before joining a program.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and registration form.
  1. Attendance & Make-up Sessions:
  • Missed sessions may be rescheduled based on availability and the academy’s attendance policy.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without valid notice.
  1. Payment Policy:
  • Payment must be made in advance through accepted methods (cash, card, bank transfer, or online link).
  • Late payments may result in suspension from sessions.
  1. Health & Safety:
  • Parents must inform the academy of any medical conditions or special needs.
  • Core X prioritizes the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions.
  1. Parent Conduct:
  • Parents and guardians are expected to respect the rules of the academy and training areas.
  • Disruptive behavior or interference during sessions is not allowed.
  1. Photography & Media:
  • Core X may capture photos or videos during training for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing.
  1. Policy Changes:
  • Core X reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
